awning on rear will not close

i have a 2013 cyclone 4100 king,i have used unit twice and have found that the rear awning will extend properly but the rear unit will not retract unless i pull down on arms to get it started . any ideas. dan

Are you referring to the side awning to the rear or the awning on back. There are some minor adjustments you can make, in the owner's manual. Not sure if this will fix your problem or not.

How are you liking your 4100? I've only had mine out once, but am about to take off for a 12 day 2500 mi trip.
