We have a 2023 Bighorn 3700RL that is having an issue due to the change with the bedroom slide. The slide has been changed from the track and gear system to the cable system. When this change was made, the brackets mounted on the inside of the slide do not allow the slide to go out all the way. This causes the bedroom window to not go all the way past the weather stripping causing leaking. Heartland has noted this as an issue and we are in the process of getting our trailer repaired. From what I understand, the fix is to replace the "sides" on the slide out. Has anyone else had this issue repaired, and if so, how was it repaired and did it correct the issue?
