Bedroom slideroom, 2016 Big Country 4010RD, slide column needs to be replaced.

The slideout in the bedroom of our 2016 Heartland Big Country 4010RD, only pulls in on 1 side. Apparently the "column" and the cable needs to be replaced. Is the column avalible out there so we can get this repaired. If you have a suggestion of where I can get these parts, we'd appreciate it so much. We are in a hurry to get this completed and it seems that the dealer/repair department is dragging their feet. Please help.

Parts to repair cable slides are easily available on Amazon. I had two of four cables replaced on my bedroom slide last summer. No excuse for a repair facility to drag it’s feet because of parts availability. Like Cookie though, I have no idea what the “column” is. Do you have a picture?
