We've been out in our new BH for three weeks now and have only had one problem - one overhead cabinet above the sofa, the last one to the left - keeps popping the actual hinge out of the wooden door. DH first thought it was the angle of the piston looking hinge, so he drilled a new hole, but it popped out again this morning. So he removed the door completely, made sure the plastic hinge bases were all the way in the door, adjusted the screws on the hidden hinges and replaced it. It appears that this may have fixed the problem, so we shall see. Anyone else have this problem? Very minor compared to all the other systems on this beautiful unit. All appliances have worked non-stop. No leaks anywhere and we've been in pouring rain. Fireplace warms remarkably well. Shower is a pleasure to use - lots of elbow room and love the adjustable head. Can't say enough.
