BH 3670 Kitchen Faucet

My wife isn't thrilled with the slow water flow in the kitchen sink one handle faucet/sprayer. Is there a flow restrictor in this fixture? If so, where is it/how do I remove it?

If you unscrew the faucet from the hose, you should find a small plastic screen inside the faucet. That can be removed easily. Beyond that is another small disk with 3 small holes in it. I didn't have anything with me to dig it out, but just removing the screen improved the flow. I think another member used a small drill bit to enlarge the holes in their faucet.
