black water tank flush system

I have a 2010 Sundance 265RK and connected hose to flush system and no water flows. I checked manual and see nothing about any valve some where just connect another hose ( not white hose). Pressure is in hose but no flow to tank. Any ideas?

I have since turned the valve around and now flush works fine. It MUST be repiped so the the air vent remains UP!
