Bunkhouse slide roller 3300ck

Packed up today to head home after a great weekend camping. Upon sliding in the rear bedroom slide in 3300ck. Looked under the slide and observed what appeared to be Half of a plastic roller. Upon further investigation and study I found the other half of the roller between the gear looking piece and a metal rod. This is one of many issues I have already had with this camper. Beginning to think I got a lemon. Any boody have any suggestions

Are you still under warranty? If so contact your dealer. If not, contact Heartland Customer Service and explain the problem. They may be able to help.
Were you able to travel? Or did the slide not go all the way in?
If that roller is destroyed, be cautious that the slide will not be dragging on anything and causing more damage.

Thanks for the info. Yes unit is still under warranty and the slide did go in all the way, so I was able to travel home. My concern is should I expect a repair every time I go camping? This is my first rv and it's a little frustrating

Try not to get frustrated. I know that can difficult.
Once you get the bugs worked out things will get better.

Seems to me most all of the rigs have way to many bugs to be worked out. At the factory the workers must have their eyes closed to let some of this quality of work slip through!!!!!
