Cable tv hookup for 2016 Charleston

I have a 2016 Charleston and tried to use the cable hookup for the first time. I cannot get cable tv on any of my three tv's. The main tv does not show it as an option when selecting the input for the TV and the bedroom tv and outside tv do not come up with any digital tv stations when I run the scan.

My previous Landmark, a 2013 Mesa, had no issues at this same RV park and all three tv's could be set up in 5 minutes.

What am I missing?

When using cable TV, the signal booster must be OFF. When using over the air antenna, the signal booster must be ON.

Your signal booster is probably in the bedroom. Perhaps in the closet.

Considering that most RV park cable hookups are standard def (not hi def), I've found that scanning the park cable with the TV in 'antenna' mode instead of 'cable' mode often provides a better picture.

And as Dan said . . . turn the antenna amplifier off.

Also, try hooking up to the 'sat' connector on the wall and doing the scan . . .

Our Prowler wall plate was labeled backwards and this was how I discovered that issue.
