city water to potable water tank

The decal on the inside of the convenience door of my 2010 Cyclone 3850 indicates
I can fill my potable tank by moving a lever to "fill". I have no such lever ??

No seriously, I noticed my sticker doesn't match my docking station at all. Handles and levers aren't even in the same place.
