Crossing into Colorado on way to Jackson, WY

I am in Ruidoso until August 3rd then heading to Santa Fe for a couple of nights and then on into Colorado on Friday the 5th and working my way up to Jackson, WY. I am not in any hurry to get to Jackson, was thinking about going through Buena Vista for a few days and then on up. Are there any Heartland folks in CO this summer or is this the year they all decided to go to Texas and warm up? Would be interested in hearing about a good route to follow from Buena Vista on up to Jackson.

George, Donna & I will be around West Yellowstone until Aug. 12, then work our way to SW CO (Gunnison/South Fork/Pagosa Springs) until mid to late Sept.

We'll be over at Blue Mesa (Gunnison) August 11 - 15 . . . of course will be passing through Buena Vista on the way there and back!
