De-lamination of fiberglass on drivers side behind pin box

Advice needed to “ glue” fiberglass & eliminate gap on 2013 Landmark Mesa model.

The front cap had a leak which allowed water to enter inside the front cap. The shoe rack on the inside front closet disintegrated. I sealed the seam on the roof using 3” Ethabond tape plus Dicor caulk.

The fiberglass by the pin box had ripples but no gap until this summer. Then the gap appeared.
(See first 4 photos, The second photo should be rotated 90 degrees to right & shows pin box, photo 4 is view looking up from ground).

Upon checking other forum threads on de-lamination, I decided to try to use the System Three - 2 part epoxy ( photo 5). I have a 50 ml disposable syringe & 3 feet of Tyson tubing to inject mix as far into gap as I can then work my way back to the edge.

Next I would take a 2 ft by 1 ft plywood scrap & use a hydraulic jack to press fiberglass up to particle board that makes up the floor of the front closet.

Any advice on this process or edits would be welcome! Thanks.

Pull the door and the trim loose and replace the Filon, Use 4 screws and fender washers on the cross beam behind the pin box and 16 inches behind that, that's what most people do. It's just the frame under it. Any wood work will have to be done from inside.
