As promised I am here to tell everyone that we DID find water intrusion in the wall behind the refrigerator. I did say that we would come back and tell everyone what we found once we opened up the wall. There was sign's of water on the back panel of the wall where we were unable to see until the area was removed. Once the area was removed Frank put a door in where the delamination happened and now we have another area for storage. Thank you everyone for the help and THANK YOU TO THE HEARTLAND GOSHEN TEAM AND THE GENTLEMAN WHO COULD SEE THRU WALLS lol. You were right and we were wrong and admit it openly here on the forum. Even though we could not see any water and even when the repair shop said they could see no water intrusion there in deed was water that got in there some how. Frank has sense gone around the unit and re-calked all the seams, along with all the windows. Now we have to get some adhesive because there is a small gap that show's up when the truck is hooked up to the pin. It's a little gap between the sidewalls and the trim piece that runs along the seam under the front. It isn't that large..maybe about a 1/16 of an inch but big enough to notice and the calk has separated between the two area's.
BUT AGAIN.. There WAS water intrusion that caused the De-lamination on our unit. Even though we got no help from Heartland they were right.
