Decal Removal

We have part of a decal across one of our windows. Is it safe to use a hair dryer or a B&D Heat & Strip paint remover to get the decals off the dual pane windows?

Decal

Hair dryer is the best way to get it off and you can use mineral spirits or rubbing alcohol to get any adhesive residue off the glass.
