We have a brand new Cyclone 4008. The unit has a washer & dryer hookup but no dryer vent. Has anyone addressed this as I do not want to vent the dryer inside the unit.

Where is the hookup located? Our hookup is in the garage. But we elected not to go with a washer/dryer setup.
You will need to vent to the outside, as you know. Numerous people have accomplished this on different styles of rigs.
Sometimes there are stickers that say, "install vent here". Don't believe it until you check and make sure you are not drilling through a wall stud.

I dont see any sticker. It is located in the garage on that back wall in the middle. Heartland instructed me to cut a hole in the floor which I am not in favor of doing. It just seems silly that they would provide all the hookups but not a vent. Even our Sandpiper had hookups and a vent

Yep, that is one option, going through the floor. You may be able to go through the outside wall there. We have a side patio, and we would have to vent into that area.

I think going through the floor is the only option as the bathroom is to the right and the door to the living area is to the left

If the underbelly is covered in that area, it can just vent into there, instead of extending all the way through the ceroplastic covering. (maybe)?

That moist are has to go somewhere, I don't think the enclosed underbelly is the correct place.
