We've stayed at this place twice and just love it. We're going back this summer and we're wondering if there are any similar "RV Resorts" to this in California that anyone else can reccomend to stay at?

We're looking for a place with full facilites (Pool, Spa, hot-tub), well groomed grounds, relatively close to major cities.

Let us know where to go.

Here's a few I'm thinking of that we haven't been to:

If you've been to any of these please let me know your thoughts.

Looks very nice. I have spent some time in the Red Bluff area over the last 10 years, but not in an RV. I didn't even know this park was there. I can however recommend the pizza joint in that shopping center just off Antelope Rd where you turn off.

When you are coming south on the 5, and you like the Redwoods and nature try the Railroad RV Park in Dunsmuir, Ca really nice park. No pool or spa but really beautiful. Right off of 101, between Buellton and Santa Barbara is Ocean Mesa RV Resort we go there 4 or 5 times a year packing right now to go there tomorrow. EXTREMELY clean , if you travel with dogs they have a great dog run. You will find a few snowbirds there. Have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year

Check Out Golden Village Palms RV Resort in Hemet, Ca. 3 Pools, 3 spas (different temperatures), all sorts of activity rooms, all sorts of organized activities including professional entertainment nights. Here's a link: http://goldenvillagepalms.com/

Flag City is a great place to stay. We did not use any of thr things there because of only staying one day. The reviews are great from Good Sams. Grounds are well groomed they also have a large dog area.

The dog area could hold 4 football fields easily.

I want to suggest Jackson Rancheria Casino & RV Park. Very beautiful grounds, and large sites. It is up in the Sierra Foothills of California off of Hiway 49. There is lots of history, fabulous wine tasting region, antiques golf etc.
