It sounds like you have an open neutral somewhere.

I'm assuming her that you have 30 amp service.

I would first isolate the breaker that controls these outlets. Then try to find the neutral associated with that circuit in the breaker box
to make sure it is correctly secured on the neutral bus bar as well.
Then it's a matter of looking for the open wire. It's most likely culpurate is a connection in a box where two or more wires were combined.

Be sure to turn off the shore power completely before you start poking around.

look for the hidden GFCI outlet.... they connect multiple outlets thru a single GFCI outlet and when it trips, the power is lost on all the outlets downstream of the gfci....

Usually these GFCI outlets are usually in the bathroom nearest to the sink. The GFCI outlets look different than a regular outlet with TEST and RESET buttons and usually a pilot LED to show they aren't tripped.

The refrigerator outlet (RV propane/electric refrigerator) is usually outside in the venting compartment, and all outside outlets are defined to be in WET areas by code, and must be on GFCI protected circuits.

Check all the common connections in your breaker box, most likely you'll find a few loose ones and burnt wires.
