Electrical Plugs

I have a 2018 heartland Mallard. Our electrical plugs in our slide out, front cap and TV outlet are not working the rest of the trailer plugs are. We checked the GFI, it is not tripped, checked the control box near the fridge also not tripped. Any ideas why just those outlets would not working?

Welcome to the Heartland Owners Forum. I'm not familiar with your model, but perhaps another Mallard owner will have some ideas for you.

Look around under the slide, or whatever furniture is in the slide, for a metal junction box. It’s possible a connection has come loose.

Not saying it's the problem, but look for a GFCI plug that might be tripped causing your other plugs not to work. My outside outlets run off my bathroom GFCI plug
