Hi everyone, welcome to our 2nd Annual Fall 2010 Southern California Rally , officially set for October 15-17th. We have full use of Clubhouse 2 (all 3 days) for any daytime activities including: Friday nite Catered dinner, Saturday Potluck dinner and Sunday night BBQ burgers and hot dog dinner. We will have meet and greets every day at 4-5PM at Wagon Master's site, as well as nightly campfires.
Please bring a $15 unwrapped RV gift for our Saturday Night Raffle.
Golfing and wine tasting tours can be arranged as we get closer to the Rally. We also have tentatively arranged for on-site professional massages and Photo sessions, if anyone is interested. We have tentatively scheduled a horseshoe tournament for Sunday.
Just like in 2009, many campers will be coming early and staying later. In order to get our 20% sites discount for all nights, all site and dinner payments should be made by check directly to Larry or Debbi Kuhn, our Wagon Masters. Special Guest Speakers
On Saturday night, October 16th,after the potluck dinner and raffle, we will be having a FACTORY UPDATE and Q&A with JIM BELETTI,Heartland's Director of Owner Interests.
Give Heartland feedback on:
~What you like about your Heartland RV and the company
~How you feel they can improve their product
~What you would like to see on your next RV?
Jim will be speaking on various topics. This is not a complaining discussion, rather a constructive discussion. There may also be another speaker as well from a California dealership.
We need Volunteers to assist us by taking on fun tasks, and generally assist Debbi and me in making this a great rally for all attending. If anyone can offer their services, please let us know as there will be plenty to do, so lets make our second Fall So Cal Heartland Rally a huge success. Feel free to contact Debbi or me to discuss any service you can provide. Anyone who has special talents that can be utilized in preparation of this rally, we would love to hear from you.
THE SCHEDULE: Daytime's are open to do as you please.
