- Number of sites held: 20
- Register by end of day 8/22/2017! Dawn asks that we register as soon as possible due to the fact that this is one of their busiest months. This way, if you plan to arrive prior to and stay after the Rally, you will be able to keep your spot!
- If you plan to arrive to the KOA early and/or depart late, you will need to make two deposits...1 deposit for the early arrival or late departure and another deposit for the Rally. This way you should be able to keep your spot.
- Rally Site fee: $58.99 / $52.13 per night. See note in 'Additional Info' below.
- Club Member Event fee:
- Non-Club Member fee: $20
- Meet-N-Greet Social part I: Thursday, 21 Sep 2017 starting at 4:30 pm or after you get set up (BYOB)
- Potluck: Friday, 22 Sep 2017 starting 4:30-5:00 pm
- Meet-N-Greet Social part II and Grand Prize Drawing: Saturday 4:30 pm
- This is going to be an R&R Rally (Rest and Relaxation), so bring your daytime site-seeing goggles and afternoon/evening lounge chairs!
- Non Rally HOC members wishing to visit are welcome. They will need to be aware that they will have to register at the office before coming onto the campground, and a daily guest fee $6.00 per adult and/or $4.50 per child aged 5-17 (0-4 free) will be charged.
- ATTENTION MOAB HEARTLANDERS: We are CHANGING thepotluck dinner from today (Friday) to tomorrow (Saturday) due to theweather!! The potluck dinner will be held at the same time (4:30 - 5pm)on Saturday. We are still having the Steal-A-Gift event today at4pm. The Grand Prize Drawing is still planned for Saturday right afterdinner about 6pm.

*Please email Dawn Tuzi (info@moabkoa.com – Subject line: Attention Dawn – Heartland Rally) to reserve your spot as a member of the Heartland Rally. The deposit amount that will be due when reservations are made is $52.13/site (the standard 1 night deposit and Rally per night rate) with the remainder due at check-in. The discounted rate is only for the dates of the rally. Requests for days that fall before or after the rally dates will be at full rate for the additional days ($58.99 per night, when you get here ask if there is a discount that can be applied to the non Rally date rates i.e. Military, KOA, etc).
*We have all the Rally sites blocked out in the new part of the park and they are all pull through 50/30 Amp full hook up sites.
*Rates above are quoted for 2 persons per site. An additional guest fee of $6.00 per adult and/or $4.50 per child aged 5-17 (0-4 free) will be charged.
*Please review the 'Pet Policy' (link) on the website if you travel with furry companions like we do.
*Check-in time is 1 p.m., check-out time is 11 a.m.
*Each site is equipped with a Charcoal BBQ and a picnic table for your enjoyment.
*No smoking allowed at the group functions due to health issues of some members, smoking allowed at your individual spots.
*The weather in Moab at this time of year can range from 90F down to 40F, so please bring clothing to stay comfortable!
*The Colorado River runs through Moab and has numerous access points to get down to the waters edge. Info on fishing can be found here https://wildlife.utah.gov/utah-licenses
*There are many things to do and see in the area, feel free to visit the Moab Adventure Center website for details: http://moabadventurecenter.com/activities/
