Flog Bumper and FIA Winter front

Had the full Flog bumper installed this past Dec and re-attached my FIA winter front. The new bumper blocks off air to center bottom of radiators below grill. With the winter front on, flaps open, the fan cycles a lot more and often. Before new bumper, never did it. The license plate is attached in one of the 2 places provided on the bumper, which is 1 of 2 open areas for air to continue thru so to speak. Am considering moving it to the center of bumper covering up the Flog logo, but will "open" up the 2nd area for air to pass thru. Not sure if this will be enough or may have to add more open areas/flaps to the winter front. Not sure how the bug screen will be affected.

What do you folks suggest?

try that if it doesn't work try without the winter front. I only install the winter front when it's 0 degrees F or colder, this is on a Chevy.
