The factory got a little carried away with the flooring glue and portions of it are oozing out along the dining room slide, adhering to the carpet flap then sticking & tearing the flooring when the slide is retracted. Is there any solvent that will inactivate and remove the excess glue from both the top of the flooring and from the carpet flap? It hasn't dried in over a year as I was hoping it would.
