Fuel Station Doesn't Want To Play?

I've got a new to us 2012 Cyclone 3800 and the fuel station seems dead. I turn on the fuel pump switch on the panel inside and it turns red like normal. Then I go to the fuel station in the back and flip the lever to "on" position and no sound, no nothing and the tank is full of fuel. Fuses are all good - wiring looks fine too. Anyone help?? Sometimes the gears in the fuel nozzle swell and stop working. It is able to be rebuilt or replace the handle.
Make sure to check the fuses with a meter instead of just looking at them

So it might be the nozzle itself jammed up? - Shouldn't I hear a pump motor spool up or something when flipping the fuel station switch to "on"? or is it supposed to be dead quiet.

No...not the nozzle.

The "gears" in the pump swell width-wise, seize up and get jambed between pump body and cover, and won't turn. Take the pump side plate off, pull them out, and sand the faces of them to make them "narrower" for an attempted quick fix... usually works fine.

To answer your question about dead quiet, when you flip the pump lever up, you will hear the pump run. Betting on the reason for your problem, my guess would be at the pump unless you have a damaged wire (either hot or ground) between the pump and the fused source. Do what has been suggested and if no luck, try to verify both ground source (pump may not grounded with a wire) and hot wire at the pump.
Since this unit was used by others, it’s possible the pump could have been left running unused which will eventually weaken or ruin the pump which may require a replacement. Pump will shut down in 15 minutes but that’s a long time to run without pumping fuel.
Just a reminder to anyone contemplating working in that area to be cautious of fumes from the fuel when searching for electrical shorts, etc. in that area.
