Furnace/air conditioning issue - RESOLVED

Three days in our 2018 Big Country 3155RLK, with the furnace running, the A/C units are also running simultaneously. The furnace cycles on and off but we get cold air between cycles. I don't see any control options on the thermostats and cannot find any solution on the video manual.

Hi RonandJacki,

Switch the mode on the thermostat to FAN and change the setting to AUTO. Then change the mode back to HEAT.

Thanks Danemayer, that worked. A/C unit turned off, about 30 seconds later the furnace came on. Does anybody like that video manual? I really want a printed book to sit down with and leaf through while watching television instead of stooping by the door trying to find the information I need on that little video screen...and no I don't have a tablet. But, thankfully this forum is exceptional at responses. Thanks again for your help.
