Garage Awning

We're ready to head out but the garage awning will not retract. All we hear is a click. The fuse is good and there has been no wind. Help would be appreciated.

Rob, the first thing I would look at is all of the electrical connections. Don't forget to pull the switch and check that all of the spades are tight.
There should be some documentation in the Tools section located in the nav bar above.
You should be able to retract it manually.
