Genesis 3.0 DVD issue

We have a Genesis 3.0 entertainment system in our Flagstaff camper. The DVD will randomly tries to load. It does this if the radio is playing and even when the system is powered off. I can not get it to stop.

We have some Genesis manuals in this folder. If they're not helpful, given that you have a Flagstaff RV, you may have to contact your dealer or Forest River for help.
