Just wanted to pass along the great service we experienced at Mayflower RV in Sherwood, AR. When we put the hydraulic jacks up yesterday AM we got a low voltage warning. Our destination that day was Little Rock so we called Heartland but they have no dealer close (OK & TX). We found Mayflower via Google maps, called and they worked us in for the next morning. Over night we put a battery charger on the battery but they wouldn't take a charge. Got to Mayflower & John checked the batteries and found them good. Next suspect as the converter & sure enough, after digging behind the basement wall, John found the converter unplugged. It has apparently worked its way loose over the last few months, plugged back in and on our way in about 2 hours, over all. Thank goodness it was something simple as we are a thousand + miles away from home on our way to FL for the winter. Kudos to the entire crew at Mayflower who helped to get us squared away so quickly.
