Sorry to hear of your problems. Most don't have it this severe. I have two thoughts

1. Would be to call Heartland....of course I don't know how involved they were in the previous 27 problems. No way for me to know if they would help or not. But if you kindly explain what is going on who knows.

2. I would change service company's. I have had one experience in my career where every time a service company came out to help a customer they did something to start the next problem. Once we noticed this and asked them to change the service provider the equipment started working with out a problem. And has now done so for years!

Hi Serena,

Is this 2011 BC a unit that you bought new or one you bought used?

Also, it sounds like you're currently using the rig. I notice your location is Canada. Is the rig equipped for cold weather? Does it have tank heaters? Is it possible that your gray tank froze?

Thanks for your reply s,

Yes i bought the unit brand new, and i am in construction so yes the rig gets used.
I
have had many problems with it. Last time it was in it was the hot water tank and before that a electrical fire in the storage area my dog alerted me that time and was able to shut down the unit in time. i found out it was wires crossed from the factory and many more plumbing problems.
The tanks are heated and i live in the lower main land of Vancouver and the weather has been very mild this year and never gets real cold here we are lucky.
the unit is suppose to be a 4 season.
I found out today it has to be pulled to the shop for repair and and want them to check all my tanks. I feel i got a lemon but my hands are tied for getting rid of it. The Service Manger has been great in working with me to resole all the problems i am trying to have lots of patients .Thank god for Extended Warranty...

Serena,

Over the past few years we've had a couple of people who have reported leaks from breakage of drain pipe fittings that go into the tank, but I don't think I can recall anyone having a ruptured tank.
