Hitch Height

So I'm setting up my weight distribution hitch on my 21RBSS. What are you guys getting for hitch height on your trailer ? After making sure the trailer is level, are you measuring from the top of the inside of the ball mount, or from the ground to the bottom of the frame in between the tires (like others suggest doing). Anyone else with this model trailer, what number are you getting ?

I measure from the ground to the top of the coupler and make that measure to the top of the ball. +/- I tow between two vehicles so I use the average between them so I can use the same ball mount setup. I don't have it exact but it works for me on both vehicles pretty level.
