How long for reimbursement?

We had to replace the pop-up pipe in the bathroom sink of our 3670 while were on a long trip last summer. I called our dealer when it happened and they said to go ahead and buy a new part and bring the broken one and the receipt in when we got back. We took the broken part and receipt in the middle of August. We haven't received a reimbursement check yet.

Can you tell me about how long it takes to get the paperwork through the warranty process and get a check mailed? It's not a big amount of money, by any means, but I want to amke sure the claim was actually sent in to you, and it seems strange that the dealer said 2 weeks ago that it might be another 8-10 weeks or so before we saw a check.

Consider calling Heartland Dealer Services first thing in the morning at 574-262-8030. Have your VIN number ready and tell them the issue.

Got the check this week from our dealer. I don't know if anyone helped behind the scenes, but if they did, thanks.
