On the Big Country, you can use a bolt on style bicycle rack on the back. Many customers have done this already. We would recommend against putting a motorcycle or other type rack on the bumper as it could stress the frame to an undue limit.
As far as an actual weight, we cannot provide one as there are so many variables.
