Hughes Auto former Indicated Amp on line one was Overloaded (Front AC ISSUE)

Pole one on the Hughes Protector is tripping. I've narrowed it down to the front AC. I've pulled the cover and the compressor capacitor looks fine. However, the fan capacitor has one burnt wire. I don't have a meter to check each one. I'm hoping the compressor itself isn't fried.
1- Could it be the fan capacitor, due to one fried wire?
2- The compressor capacitor looks fine. I've replaced this capacitor as it was clearly fried.
Does it sound like the fan capacitor, hence, the larger silver one. Again, it has one hot charred connection.
Thanks for your input!!

Doesn’t the newer models use a dual capacitor like ours uses a 60/5 size capacitor in it ..?
