Install bike rack or storage platform on 3760el

I have a Bighorn 3760 EL but it does not have the receiver hitch to install bike rack or even a bracket to drill into.Anybody have any ideas?

Many people here have had custom hitches made for a few hundred dollars. Some bolt on and some welded on.

I have a swagman bike rack on the custom 2 inch hitch. Solid and no movement at all. The rack is capable for bikes at 60 lbs each.
