Installing a 12 volt fan at the kitchen/living room ceiling vent

Heartland factory support informed me that there is no factory power source at the kitchen/living room ceiling vent. I want to install a remote control fan in that vent. Does anyone have a recommendation for running 12 volts to the vent area?
