For those that want to upgrade to a different style of light fixture or need brighter light, I've used these with great success:
The first link is for 12 volt lights that have 1000 lumens each. Designed for vehicle backup lights, but also are rated for 50,000 hrs. Be careful of the 3030 chipsets and cheaper backup lights because they won't last very long. Most of the round OEM LED lights in our RVs are rated at 300 lumens or less.

The second link is for a smaller decorative light fixture where the LED bulbs can be replaced instead of changing the whole light fixture when LEDs burn out.

I've replaced the large fabric dining light and the LED puck light above the stove.
