Issue with electrical system

I have a 2022 heartland prowler 290Bh. This is my first camper and unknown if this was working correctly when I got it. None of the outlets are working in the camper, the fridge won’t turn on, the front leveling jacks also do not work. Everything else works. I checked the GFI in the bathroom and I have no way of resetting it because I took it apart and there is no power to it. Wondering if somebody can point me in the right direction. I did check the fuse box that is located below the stereo system and I do not see any issues at this time. I appreciate the help already thank you!

You said none of the outlets are working and everything else works. Everything else is 12 volt.
Have you verified that you have power going to your rig via a shore cord?

Just the battery. I have a charger hooked up to it. Would that be it just not plugged in? I can turn the heat on without it directly hooked up so I assume the outlets would just work.

check the main breaker in the breaker panel. I'd turn all of the breakers OFF & back ON. like Cookie stated check your shore power cord.

Outlets are 120VAC power. Furnace runs off of 12VDC. For the 120VAC you need to be connect to an outside power source, commonly refer to as shore power.
The 12VDC power items are:
furnace
lights
radio
co detector
power jacks
slide outs
fridge (depends on model/make of fridge)
water pump
stove/oven

And the 12 volt DC battery system when the trailer is connected to AC shorepower is charged by the battery charger/converter.
