Jensen TV Problems

Hi we have a 2009 3670 Bighorn and we have problems with the TV. First the TV would turn on at 10 am in the morning everyday and we found there was a upgrade for this. Now after we got the camper out for this year we have found that after a while the TV remote will no longer work and the buttons on the side of the TV will not do anything also. We have to unplug the TV and plug back in to get any resonce out of the TV.
Has anyone else had this problem and know of a fix on this one?

Hi there,

Not sure if you had the firmware upgrade done or not but here is a link to the mysterious power-in issue.

Also, since we discovered that issue and ASA developed a fix for it, we have since invited ASA to participate on this forum. Here's a link to their section. I will move your thread there so ASA sees it and they will respond to it. That said, no need for you to wait for an answer as your cure may only be a phone call away. ASA's number is: 877-845-8750.
