We have a 2019 Bighorn camper. The roof top King antenna will not turn with the interior ceiling knob. The antenna does rotate if you get on the roof and do it manually. We took the antenna apart from the inside and could not see a connection issue with the adjustable connector. We attempted to remove the antenna from the roof but we were afraid we would damage the roof as the mount is so tight. Any ideas on how we might approach this repair?

If so, what you really have is a King antenna head mounted on a Wiengard base and arm assembly. I would read page 5 on this Wiengard Sensar manual in regard to proper lubrication both in the elevation mechanism and the rotation mechanism of the antenna base.
