Has anyone else had a problem with their L-shaped Chaise Lounge Sofa? The recliners are made pretty well, but the chaise lounge section (adjacent to the kitchen countertop) is made very poorly. We're having a problem with the foam padding getting bunched up and showing unsightly ripples in the fabric. Also, if anyone sits on the forward edge of the chaise, the fabric stretches almost to the point of ripping...as it stretches over the sharp vertical wood edge. It just seems that Ashley (manufacturer) did a very poor job on the design and upholstery of this piece. I'd like to know if anyone else has noticed any problems similar to this.
