Landmark built-in am/fm stereo

Not too long ago a member asked if anybody had done a built-in stereo system in their Landmark. Like him, I preferred a built-in system and was disappointed they didn't come in the Landmarks. I was limited to the cabinets above the TV, (which is all in the kitchen slide-out of my Key Largo) and was fortunate there was a 12v plug there I used as power. I built the wood platform to accommodate the Jensen unit (AM/FM, CD, USB, WB, IPOD and SIRIUS), hold the DVD and satellite receiver and still be able to access all A/C plugs on the left sidewall. Matching stain was ordered from Heartland. The cabinets had a false bottom deep enough to handle speakers 1 3/4" high. Hopefully this may interest somebody as I have not seen it before. Paul

Thanks Jerrod. I really haven't posted much before because of my lacking computer savvy. I need to update one of these days and get your posting platform, much easier as you have described. I'll post some of my better mods again soon.
