LED Lights -- how to replace bulb?

All, here is a pic of a light in our ceiling with the cover removed. Has anyone replaced a "bulb" like this? Or do I replace the whole fixture? This one is flickering occasionally.

I ordered the whole fixture from amazon last weekend. I ordered just 1 until I could make sure they would fit. It can and fits perfect. I have 5 more arriving today. Sure would be nice to just replace bulb though. The whole fixture cost $10.00 each. I suppose a bulb by itself would cost about the same.
