LoDC error after traveling

Sorry if this has been asked before but I tried combinations but couldn’t find one. My Norcold 1200 series is flashing a LoDC code when I travel and it’s on LP. When on shore power there is no issue. Anyone point me in the right direction please. Voltage when we got to the park was 12.3 voltage on shore power is 14.3.

Sounds like your battery is dead it’s low DC voltage which is your battery

Check your battery for a bad cell or your unit is not charging your battery as you drive

Well load tested the batteries 🪫 and one had a bad cell and the other was close. Didn’t realize they were dated 01 of 2019. Bought 2 new ones today.
