My Alpha Systems roof has failed

I have a 2017 Heartland Prowler 261 PTH. bought new. Always maintained the roof. Also have a high dollar waterproof cover I use when the Toy Hauler is parked at home. My Alpha Systems roof has failed and I now have to remove it, replace any rotten wood and install a new Liner. Thinking PVC. Anyway, Heartland tells me Alpha Systems TPO roof has a 12 year warranty. Anyone tried to get Alpha to honor this warranty ?

I looked at their warranty page, and the one "Gotcha" stipulations is that you do quarterly inspections of the roof and have those inspections documented in writing.
