They are. In the past we weren't allowed to register unit sometime in March I believe, but they'd let us know in advance.

In the past we would get updates and things came together. By now we would know what entertainment would be there, dinners and pot lucks etc. It will be interesting how this one turns out. Linda and I have vended in the Heartland Marketplace the last few National Rallies. We haven't been asked to do so this year. I'm not even sure who to talk with about that. Regardless, we will still have our equipment with us to make custom stickers/decals.

Look under events. There is a form you can fill . I just did and mentioned that they are a bit late in communicating with the members.

There was a survey late last year about placing an item in the "for sale table". I was contacted in December about what item I was going to put in by a lady from Heartland. I told her our plans had changed about the rally since we will be working in Yellowstone this summer. That is all I have heard from Heartland about the rally.
