Well......I went ahead and ordered the NeverFail Suspension Upgrade Kit and it arrived today.

If I had just looked at the bushings in a store, without knowing of the success people have had with them, I would not have paid a nickel for them. When you physically have them in hand, they do not look like they would last 5 miles! Look like black pieces of PEX pipe! :eek:

Looking forward to getting them installed when we return from the Hill Country next month. Glad my son will still work for beers and steaks!:eek:

Hi Randy,

I had the same thoughts when I first looked at mine - the material "polyamide" is a great dry lubricant with great mechanical properties for bushings. SKF also uses them in some of their industrial bushing applications.

An interesting note, polyamide is the material TFC (thin film composite) reverse osmosis membranes are made of.
