Took ownership of a new sundance back in june 2011 a new 2012 now i am having a problem with a leak from my
waste tank for the kitchen I think its tank two anyway water is building up under my underbelly about three gallons.
the dealer said he will fix it but it is set up on a seasoal caamp site. so now i have to break it down and get it to the dealer.
they say its leaking at the top. My question is if heartland test thier tanke many times per thier brouchures why do i have a leak
and also my faucets also had to be replaced. I though i was buying a good quality trailer but now
i am wondering about the quality control from heartland any ideas the dealer will fix it at thier cost so I have no complaint
with the dealership tks fishman

Hi fishman,

Welcome to the Heartland Owners Forum and Family. We have a great bunch of people here with lots of information and all willing to share their knowledge if needed.

Your unit has been pulled on the highway... things could come loose or break even if they are tested 20 times. So let your dealer repair and check everything for you. Don't quite understand your last sentence about dealer fixing at their cost... if it's in warranty it should cost you nothing.

Let us know what the problem was when you get it corrected.

Enjoy the forum.
