New Campground - Lufkin RV Resort

Just wanted to let everyone know about a new (opened in October of 2011) rv park. It is the Lufkin RV Resort, www.lufkinrvresort.com located in Lufkin, TX. It is located on Hwy 2021 just north of Loop 287 on the north side of Lufkin about 1/2 mile east of US59. When traveling south on US59 or US 69 toward the Rio Grande valley you will go through Lufkin. This park has full hookup (50, 30, 20 amp), water, sewer, free wi-fi, free cable and is all paved. They have both back in and pull through sites, a swimming pool and fishing pond, a small store and meeting room. Dave Overdorf the owner is a great guy and is looking forward to catering to your needs. We are currently staying here working on their sitemap and can tell you it is nice.
BTW I don't get any commission from them for promoting this park. Just wanted to share this information.

Thanks for the info, We turn down a assighnment in Lufkin last year because I could not find a park. Make sure it makes it on google map.

Thanks for the info, we live about 40 miles north of Lufkin and have been looking for RV parks near us. Also, Baileys is a great Heartland dealer in Lufkin. Nan
