Gang:
Many of us get on this forum using the Google Chrome Browser. I have recently had problems with it not initially loading pages (a reload command usually fixed these), and recurring jumping big black boxes covering parts of the webpages. I finally searched the latter problem and got a posting that the awaited Chrome version 67 would cure this. I then searched "Chrome 67" and found that the general release of the update was 3 days ago.
To update Chrome, click on the 3 vertical dots at the upper right hand corner of the browser window bar. Then click on "Help" near the bottom of the popup menu, then on "About" . This will bring up the "Checking for updates" page, and one click from there gets it done.
Immediately post-update, both of my browser problems are now gone.
