We bought our ER in March as well. Have been on 5 trips/5000 miles since then, in snow, rain, wind, heat, mountains and flat land. It's back at the dealer for warranty work, but most things are minor in my opinion: Fridge not cooling consistently... 2nd ac control not working quite right... squeak in the center of the living room floor... TV sound is fuzzy... tank monitor reading inconsistently.... mold in the toolbox in the basement. Many of these are issues in other Heartlands also (they have been posted on this forum), and other brands as well (specifically the appliance issues.) I trust that the dealer/heartland will take care of them all. Overall I am extremely pleased with the product, and it's quality. It is our second HL.
