Hi Pat,

Welcome to the Heartland Owners Forum and to the family. We have a great bunch of folks here with lots of information and all willing to share their knowledge when needed.

We have a really good selection of manuals on the forum. You can access these by clicking on the "Tools" tab at the top of the page. This is link to owners manuals.

Be sure and check out our Heartland Owners Club. Join us at a rally when you can and meet lots of the great folks here and make friends for a lifetime.

Enjoy the forum and your new to you unit.

Go to the top of the screen and click on "TOOLS". There you will find Heartland User Guides and Hearland Owners Manuals. What we got were the standard information stuff for each appliance we had in the fifth wheel and the phone number of the manufactures to call. As long as you have the original equipment that was installed by Heartland, you should find all the information on each in the Owners Manuals sections. The User Guides were written by Heartland owners and are well written.

You can also download a current Heartland trailer manual from the HeartlandRVs.com website. It's probably not very different from the one that came with your 2013. Here's a link.

RV's don't come with anything like an owners manual like you find in the automotive industry. All you get is what was supplied by the makers of the TV, water heater, furnace etc. These you can usually find online at the manuf. web site.
