Hi, we just picked up our new 2014 Bighorn 3010RE. We are enjoying it so far and trying to figure out how everything works.

Congratulations on your new bighorn and welcome to the Heartland Owners Forum.
The RVs are so packed with features that learning them can be an experience. But don't worry, there are a lot of friendly and helpful people here who are quick to reach out when you need help. So ask any questions you might have.
We also have some owner-written user guides and troubleshooting guides in the manuals section of the forum. There are lots of tips and pointers that you may find helpful.
We also have a very active Owners Club with local, regional and North American Rallies. There's an EVENTS tab at the top of the screen that shows upcoming rallies. Here's a link to the Club Portal.

Welcome to the forum and to Heartland!!! We have the Big Country 3070RE which has almost the exact same floorplan as the Big Horn 3010RE. Since we have very similar units, just message me if I can help with anything. We face almost the exact same issues as far as where to put things. We've only had ours for about 5 months, but I think we've put just about everything through some use by now. Also, if you come up with some good ideas, please let me know. For example, counter space is limited in our units (other than the island). We love this floorplan though and wouldn't trade it for anything else.
